Rx Teams - Male

    Max Lifts:
    Teammate A gets 3 attempts at Max Snatch
    Teammate B gets 3 attempts at Max Clean & Jerk
    8 Min Cap, Score is total pounds achieved.

  • WOD 2

    10 min AMRAP, 15 DL 225/155, partner has to complete 400m run, a rounds is when both people start back on the mat.

  • WOD 3

    HS Walk, OH walking lunge, buddy carry down and back, OH walking lunge, HS walk, Pistols. (Task Completion)

  • WOD 4

    30 squat clean to OH, 50 pull ups, 30 squat clean to OH. Weights were 135/95

  • WOD 5/Final

    Sprint from far sideline to rig, complete 200 d/u's, partner hangs from from bar, 40 T2B, partner hold front rack, 20 Front Squat, partner is hanging, finish on plate. Weight on bar was 185/135

    Starting on far sideline, sprint to rig, complete 50 d/U, 20 T2B, come to close side of rig, complete 10 T2B, 20 goblet squats (53/35), Finish on Plate

  • WOD 2

    For time, 1200m run, 15 Deadlifts (225/135), then 2 Rounds: 400m run 15 deadlift (225/135).

    10 minutes to complete: HS Walk, 50 lateral jumps over plate, OH walking lunge, 50 lateral jumps over plates, HS Walk, 40 pistols (alternating legs).

  • WOD 4

    "Isabel" (30 Snatches at 135/95), 50 Pullups, "Grace" (30 Clean and Jerks at 135/95)
