    12-9-6 KB Snatch (70/53 lbs) - complete any way, either hand - and Power cleans (225/155 lbs) - 8 minute cap

  • WOD 3

    Complete a 1K row and a 500m row – 9 minute cap (athletes manage their own time)

  • WOD 4

    3 min squat test: Back Squat for Reps (315/225 lbs), a penalty is counted every time you re-rack
